When you place and order at Pennsea.com you automatically accept our Terms & Conditions when completing your order. We therefore advise you to read below Terms & Conditions before purchasing anything from the website.
The Terms and Conditions can be updated regularly and we therefore ask you to accept our Terms & Conditions every time you shop at Pennsea.com. You will not be notified about updates. The Terms & Conditions that apply when you make your purchase, accepted by you, will be the Terms & Conditions applicable to your order.
If you do not accept below Terms & Conditions, you cannot place an order on this website.

Placing an order
The online website is open 24/7 but may be closed due to maintenance. Orders placed during weekends or Danish public holidays will be processed at following business day.
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and you have the right to complain about an item for 24 months. Our warranty covers defects in material and other deficiencies that happen within 24 months of the purchase. The warranty does not cover defects, damages, or wear and tear, whether direct or indirect, resulting from improper use, insufficient maintenance or abuse. You should contact us within 72 hours of discovering the defect.
The return costs will be covered by us within a reasonable extent.
Delivery & Return
Currently we only ship to Denmark.
We deliver within 1-3 business days and ship with PostNord. Payment will be collected at time of delivery. If you place an order that goes out of stock, we will inform you via email as soon as possible about the delivery window of the product.
We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control, such as if a package is lost by one of our carriers.
If the package is not picked up by you and any kind of fee is added, you will be responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. The risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or open, you should refuse to receive the products.
You are entitled to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the date on which you have received the product. Once the returned good is received in original packaging and in the same condition as the time of delivery, we will issue the full refund to the same means of payment that were used for purchase.
